Brochures
Standard Brochure Sizes:
Can be printed on a variety of stocks (glossy, matte, silk), most having to be scored to ensure the paper doesn't crack.
If designed correctly, they can be tabbed, stamped, and mailed. The addresses can be mail-merged beforehand and printed in-line or afterwards during mailing process.
Business Cards
Business cards are most commonly printed on:
They can be full color on both sides or just one, with or without bleeds.
They can have rounded corners on all corners or just some.
They can have flood UV coating on either (or both) sides.
Can print up to 24 different names digitally on a sheet for maximum production.
Envelopes
Common envelope sizes and paper weights:
All "A" envelopes can be purchased in natural white color. Standard #9 or #10 envelopes can be purchased in Classic Crest natural white.
Can be be printed on front and/or back (flap or envelope).
Can be printed in full color via digital envelope press for small quantities.
Can have mail merged information on the front of the envelops if NOT printing in PMS ink.
Letterhead
Standard letterhead is 8.5" x 11."
Monarch letterhead is 7.25" x 10.5."
Letterhead can be printed on a variety of stocks, from classics (linen, crest, etc.) to plain papers like accents and cougars.
Most paper varieties come in either white or natural white.
Can be printed in full color in small quantities via digital envelope press.
Larger quantities of simple colors (Black only, Black + PMS, or PMS + PMS) can be printed on offset press.
Complicated logos with more than 2 colors might have to go on larger press.
Pocket Folders
Pocket folders come in two standard sizes:
They can be printed in full color on the front and inside pockets, or in full color on the front and pockets and black on the inside, or full color on the front and inside.
Typical paper stock is either a C1S, C2S, or 100# uncoated cover. Stocks can have a flood aqueous coating applied.
Inside their can either be no pocket on left/right side, a plain pocket, a pocket with a b. card slit, or a pocket with a CD slit.
